Small to medium sized technology companies are faced with a difficult conundrum.  On one hand it becomes prohibitively expensive to maintain a large enough engineering staff, on other hand projects they need to complete do not lend themselves well for international outsourcing.  While outsourcing internationally is a viable option for some, for many it isn’t practical.  To be successful in international outsourcing, a company either needs to define it’s project to minute detail and that project has to be small or a have a permanent presence at the country where the developers are located.  For a majority of companies neither of the above are viable options.  That is where a small-size USA–based consulting firm like us comes in.
